Deposit & Withdrawal

Deposit instructions

Customers can deposit funds to the designated bank of the company through the following deposit methods:

Deposit method Customer instructions Notes
Cheque delivery-delivered to the company in person The customer personally issues the check to the company on or before 3:30 pm on each trading day, and please write "ASA SECURITIES LIMITED" on the payee payer and write on the back of the check Customer name, account number and customer signature.
1) The money must be cashed by the bank before trading.
2) You must fax the deposit receipt to (852) 3971 3600 or email to cs@asasec.com and call the company (852) 3971 3668 to confirm before 4 pm on the day of deposit. If the customer informs the company after 4 o'clock, the deposit will be processed on the next working day.
3) The cheque invoice must match the name of the customer account (cheques issued by a third party will not be accepted).
Cheque delivery-deposit directly into the bank The customer issues the cheque in person, and please write "ASA SECURITIES LIMITED" on the payee payer and clearly write the customer name, account number and customer signature on the deposit receipt of the deposited cheque.
Cash/Automated Teller Machine (ATM) deposit in the bank Customers, please clearly write the customer name, account number and customer signature on the deposit receipt
1) The money must be cashed by the bank before trading.
2) You must fax the deposit receipt/deposit confirmation/remittance slip to (852) 3971 3600 or email to cs@asasec.com and call our company (852) 3971 3668 before 4 pm on the day of deposit.
Deposit into the bank via online bank cash transfer After completion, the customer should print the deposit confirmation page clearly with the customer name, account number and customer signature.
Deposit the remittance into the bank Please indicate the customer name and account number in the postscript on the remittance form.

Withdrawal notice

Customers who wish to withdraw the cash balance in the account can download the withdrawal instructions and print them, fill in the information and sign, fax to (852) 3971 3600 or email to cs@asasec.com.

Withdrawal instructions can be submitted to the company before 11 a.m. every day during office hours (Monday to Friday), and the relevant withdrawal instructions will be processed on the same day. If the withdrawal instruction is submitted to the company after office hours or after 11 am during office hours, the instruction will be postponed to the next working day. All withdrawals will be deposited with the customer's designated bank by crossed cheque on the same day.
